RATES & RESERVATIONS

When making a reservation PLEASE CALL AFTER 5pm.

To make a reservation please call (603) 286-4948, send us an email, or fill out the form below.

Once your reservation has been confirmed we request an initial deposit equivalent to a one night stay.

A deposit can be made from from the Paypal link on our website, by mailing a personal check, or a credit card payment over the phone at the time you make your reservation. A deposit must be received within 3 business days to reserve your cabin. Your remaining balance is due upon arrival. Final payment can be made by cash, check, or credit card.

Guests are welcomed to check in after 2pm, and are requested to check out no later than 10:30am on the morning of your departure.

Reservations canceled fourteen(14) days or more prior to the date of arrival will receive a full refund. If notification of cancellation is less than 14 days, your deposit is non-refundable.

Summer Rates
1-4 People	$180 per night plus tax
Each Additional Person	$25 per person plus 8.5% tax

Winter Rates plus 9% Tax
1 – 4 People	$200 per night plus tax
Each Additional Person	$25 plus 8.5% tax

These rate apply to all cabins.
We offer a ONE NIGHT FREE for a week stay.
